The students from the Economic College “Partenie Cosma” from Oradea had a day with delicious snacks at school.
Their tourism and food colleagues, guided by teachers Cristina Torjoc and Ovidiu Mark, prepared the “Aromas of Spring” food fair, in which they sold pizza, cheese and spinach pies, pancakes with blueberry jam, cheese and cake.
Their clients were dozens of colleagues from other specializations of the college, but also teachers.
At the end of the class, the young chefs collected over 1,000 lei, four times more than the value of the raw material bought to prepare the goodies, a sign that it was also a profitable activity.
“Part of it will be returned to the school fund, and the other will soon be invested in similar projects,” said student Magdalena Rusu, head of the student council’s press office.
