That’s why, in today’s article, we have prepared a simple recipe that will take you, at least for a moment, thinking about those carefree years, when the food was healthy, even if it was fried.
Simple recipe for chicken schnitzels with flour and egg
For this recipe you will need: a chicken breast, two eggs, 100 grams of flour, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
The first step is to cut the chest into slices, which you can then beat with a hammer. Be careful not to insist too much, as the slices may break. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the two eggs in a deep plate and beat them well with a fork. Put the flour in another plate and you are ready to start the procedure. Pass each piece of chicken breast through the flour on both sides, then dip them in the beaten egg. After the oil is well heated, fry the chicken breast pieces, given in flour and egg. Let them brown well and remove them on absorbent wipes to get rid of oil.
If you want to simplify things, you can mix the egg with the flour, so that you get a thicker composition than the one for pancakes. Pass the breast slices through this composition and fry them in the pan. Keep in mind that in this way, the chicken schnitzels will not be as fluffy.

For this garnish you need: onions, carrots, potatoes, kale and red peppers. Mix all these vegetables with olive oil, honey, 50 ml Sherry and spices to taste and put them in the oven for about half an hour. Season with fresh cherry tomatoes.

Cut a few diced potatoes and add salt, pepper, butter and garlic. Put everything in the oven and after the potatoes are browned, add the fresh parsley. Serve this garnish with golden chicken breast schnitzels.
