These pancakes are ideal if you are fasting or just want to enjoy a vegan dessert without too many calories. You need a few ingredients to prepare the vegan version of pancakes.
It is a dessert available to anyone and you can use vegetable milk instead of cow’s milk. It is ideal to prepare them with almond milk, rice or soy so that these pancakes are as close as possible to the classic ones.
- 150 g flour
- 200 ml almond milk (you can also use rice milk or soy milk)
- 150 ml of mineral water
- 20 ml oil
- a sachet of vanilla sugar
- a good pinch of salt

At the end, add mineral water and mix the composition with a spoon. The dough of the fluffy fasting pancakes is set aside for 10 minutes to incorporate the ingredients.
