The little ones gave up some of their free time to learn recipes and to bring the most appetizing cakes to the stalls in the school yard. “Today, I sold greeting cards, ornaments and fried eggs, cakes and gingerbread, chicken eggs that are filled with love. I also sold plastic and polystyrene eggs. “a student told us. “Here we have some homemade pancakes for two lei, with strawberry topping and we fill the pancakes with chocolate. We still have candy, muffins, homemade cake. I made them with my mother and I think it took me two hours, after which I kept them in the fridge for another six hours “, said a little girl.
The Easter Fair is a school tradition, interrupted during the two years of the pandemic, but now resumed with even more enthusiasm. “Unfortunately, for two years we could not organize, and now it is great, great madness, with many children involved, with many parents and many teachers who worked as a team to make this event possible.” explained Aguriţa Dorinela Şerban, the school principal.
