After a long time, people are enjoying the traditional fairs again without restrictions.
In Târgovişte, on Friday, on the Annunciation, the chefs set to work and waited for the greedy with the best fish dishes.
Of course, there were also polenta sarmales, grills, small ones and shepherd’s bulbs on the stalls.
The grills sizzled on the plateau in front of the Târgovişte Multipurpose Hall. Locals came in large numbers to enjoy the fish dishes and had a choice.
Client: “I prefer Romanian carp, it’s nice, sweet, especially if it’s wild.”
customer: “All in all, fish soup, juicer, fried fish, because it’s only a holiday today, fish is eaten!”
Fish borscht was also in high demand.
Cook: “I hardened the vegetables, onions, peppers, carrots, water, then tomatoes, rice and tasted!”
The producers also brought to the fair mountain goodies, smoked with beech wood and made according to original recipes, for those who do not fast.
saleswoman: “We have the traditional ham and garlic, we have sheep pastrami, pork pastrami, they are all natural.”
Selling traditional sweets: “Chocolate, biscuit salami, halviţă, nougat, gingerbread.”
Marinela Olei, fair organizer: “Producers from all over the country are present at the fair, with meat products, cheeses, baclavalele, we have oriental pastry, we have donuts, delicious pancakes.”
The popular craftsmen were also present at the fair.

The good weather, the bright sun, but especially the inviting smells, attract people like a magnet to the Annunciation Fair, which will take place until Sunday evening.
