To prepare the delicious pancakes you need six potatoes, 200 grams of pumpkin, a bunch of green onions, two tablespoons of flour, salt and pepper to taste, six tablespoons of oil.
Method of preparation
First, peel the potatoes, then place them in a bowl of cold water. That way, they won’t get black. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces.
Finely chop the green onions, then grate the potatoes. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a thick-bottomed skillet. In a bowl, combine grated pumpkin, potatoes and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste, then the two tablespoons of flour. Mix all ingredients well.
