Dutch Baby Recipe – Preparation
Before you start preparing the composition, it is important to know that for the safe success of the recipe it is recommended to use a cast iron skillet. However, if you are missing this pan, you can prepare the pancake in another thick-walled pan, or in yena pots.
For preparation of pancake batter you can use the mixer or a dough mixer. Break the eggs into the bowl of the mixer and add the salt and sugar over them. Mix the ingredients until the composition is homogeneous and the solid ingredients are diluted. Intense mixing is not necessary, but slower mixing. Add the cold milk, homogenize the composition again, then incorporate the flour into it.
Let the dough rest and turn the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put the butter in the pan and place the pan in the oven while it heats up. When the butter is melted, take the pan out of the oven and rotate it lightly to spread the butter on its walls.
Cut the apples into coarser slices and remove the stalks. Pour the dough into the greased pan, add the apple slices and put the pan in the oven. Bake the huge pancake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Decorate the pancake with powdered sugar and add the berries on top. You can enjoy it with a fresh fruit juice, or a glass of yogurt for breakfast. You can also enjoy it as a dessert at one of the main meals of the day.
