Chocolate brownie that doesn’t make you fat
A baked avocado, mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup chips of dark chocolate, without sugar.
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Mix all the above ingredients, then pour the composition into the pan (round or cake, as desired). Sprinkle chocolate flakes on top and bake for approximately 45 minutes. You can do the toothpick test, but don’t forget that the brownie indicates that the inside is moist, chocolatey, not dry at all. Allow to cool and then enjoy the cake. You can eat it with berries next to it.
