Grease a removable form and sprinkle with flour or preferably breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl, mix the flour, semolina, sugar and yeast with a spoon. Divide into three equal parts and set aside.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put them in a strainer, in case a little juice leaks.
Pour a third of the dry ingredients into the bottom of the mold, place half of the grated apple on top and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
Cover with the second part of the dry ingredients and distribute the rest of the grated apple, put a little more cinnamon and on top of the last part of the dry ingredients.

At the end, cover everything with thin slices of butter.
Bake for about an hour or until the surface is slightly golden.
To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Depending on the apple, some juice may leak (not common). If the pie browns too quickly, cover with baking paper or aluminum foil and leave as needed, usually lasting an hour.
The heat of the oven allows all the ingredients to cook together and comes out like a soft fruit cake.
