Today we have pancakes on the menu, but not the classic ones, but appetizer pancakes. They are perfect for when you have guests or when you have no food ideas for the little ones. The amount of the following ingredients is enough to make ten pancakes.

ingredients

150 ml milk

100 ml of mineral water

3 eggs

2 tablespoons oil

a pinch of salt

125 g flour

30 g butter or margarine to grease the pan

Stuffing

Half boneless chicken breast

A red capsicum pepper

200 g mushrooms

150 gr grated cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper

Method of preparation

Mix the flour with the salt, then add the eggs, a little milk, the oil and mix well. While mixing, slowly add the remaining mineral water and milk until a thin, homogeneous dough is obtained. Heat the oil in a pan and bake the pancakes.

The filling is prepared as follows

Heat the olive oil and put the diced chicken breast to harden, then the pepper and mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to taste. When the mixture is ready, place half of the grated cheese on top and mix. Fill the pancakes with the resulting filling and form rolls. Put the pancakes in the pan and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Leave in the oven for ten minutes. Good appetite!
