3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons oil

400 g wholemeal flour

1 sachet baking powder

1 cinnamon powder

Grated lemon or orange peel

Vanilla or almond essence

A pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Rub the sugar well with the oil, over which the beer is poured, beating continuously with a whisk. Add the essence, then pour the flour and baking powder into the rain. Fight well with the goal, not to make those little bumps. It can be done just as well in a blender.

When it is ready, let it rest for 10 minutes, the beer foam must settle, otherwise the pancakes will come out perforated. Bake in a non-stick pan, without oil, pouring a polish for each pancake. They can be served with jam or even with a cream made of melted fasting chocolate.
